How Shuffle2Point collects and handles personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Contact form
When you send a message through our contact form we collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. We use this only to reply to you. The message is delivered to our studio mailbox by email and is not stored in a database on this website.
Enrolment
When you enrol a child we collect the child's name, date of birth, school, grade and dance styles, your answers about photographs and our WhatsApp groups, and the contact details of the parent or guardian and of the person responsible for the account.
We use these details only to run your child's classes: to confirm their place, to contact you, to add you to the right WhatsApp group if you agreed to that, and to manage fees. They are stored securely, can be seen only by the studio, and are never sold or shared for marketing. Your answers about photographs are respected: we post a photograph of your child only where you said we may.
Photographs
Our gallery contains photographs taken at classes, rehearsals and performances. Many of these show children.
We publish a photograph of a child only where we hold consent from that child's parent or guardian. If you have not given consent, or you have changed your mind, tell us and we will remove the photograph.
Removing a photograph or your details
You can ask us to remove a photograph, or to delete your contact or enrolment details, at any time, and you do not need to give a reason. Contact us and we will action it as soon as we can.
Third parties
This website is hosted by Vercel. Photographs and studio updates are stored with Google Firebase. Contact form messages are delivered by Resend. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
