Indemnity

I, the parent or guardian of the student enrolled below, hereby indemnify Shuffle 2 Point Dance Studio and its staff from any liability for any loss, injury or death that may occur during, before or after any activity presented, accepting that every effort is made to ensure the safety of all dancers and their personal possessions.

Terms and conditions

  • There are no dance classes during school holidays or public holidays.
  • Please cancel dance classes a month in advance. No cancellations in October for November, because it is the last month of classes.
